I recently started my own practice as a life coach. If you don't know how coaching works I
essentially help people create the lives they want to live instead of settling for the life that seems
to be handed to them. It's goal oriented and future focused and serves to create a fundamental
shift in your being with regards to how you approach all aspects of life and it produces dramatic
results in the attainment of your goals. People have goals in various areas including things like
being in a relationship or having better relationships, better work/life balance, a
promotion/raise/new career, etc..and a coach provides accountability, perspective, tools and
clarity to keep you on track towards achieving those goals.
I was wondering if any of you would like to do a free sample session or if you knew anyone
who might be interested in working with a coach?
